Control Panel:

Step 1
From Your account, click on Password Settings.

Step 2
Enter your Current password.

Step 4
Enter your New password.

Step 5
Enter your new password again to Confirm password.

Step 6
Click Save.

Note: If you're able to log in but can't remember your password, you can send yourself a password rescue email from the password settings page.

Step 1
Log in to sandyspot.com and go to your account control panel page.

Step 2
Click Email Settings menu link.

Step 3
Type your email address into the Email field.

Note: An email address can only be associated with one SandySpot account at a time.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

An accurate and up-to-date phone number is an important step you can take toward improved account security.

Sign in to your SandSpot account

Step 2
From the Your account menu, click on profile information.

Step 3
Click on phone field.

Step 4
clear your current phone number, enter the updated phone number.

Step 5
Click on the Save button

Step 6
Profile page will refresh and your new phone will show inside the phone field on your profile.

From the Your account menu, click on profile information.

Click on any field you would like to update.

Step 4
clear your current information on the field, enter the updated information.

Step 5
Click on the Save button

Profile page will refresh and your new updated profile will show.
