The standard rental duration is for a full day, but we also offer half-day and extended rental options.

You can book as far in advance as need be. We have had instances where customers have booked as far as a year in advance. 

Most bookings are confirmed instantly but if an issue does arise we will contact you as soon as possible

Yes, you can modify your reservation, but for cancellations please see the cancellation policy.

To cancel your booking, contact our customer service team via email: reservesandyspot@gmail.com. Ensure that your booking details are provided to facilitate a speedy response.

After confirming your booking, you will receive an email with details on where to find your Beach Vendor.

Since our beach vendors are customer service oriented your beach chair and umbrella will already be setup for you or a beach attendant will set it up when you arrive. In most cases you may never need to set up your chair/umbrella.

If there is a beach you would like to enjoy and it's not listed on the website, send us an email and our concierge will work on servicing your request.
