No-shows will result in a full charge to the guest. Guests may request to change their reservation without a penalty once the change is for the same beach..
Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process. Contact us if you do not see your refund after this time has passed..
If your reservation was made more than 7 days in advance, guests will receive a full refund if our beach service suppliers must close due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. Clouds, showers and overcast weather are not categorized as inclement weather..
